Join BrightStar Care of Coastal Los Angeles as a Home Infusion RN and bring high-quality infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. No rushed hospital shifts—just focused care and real connections.

What You’ll Do:

Administer IV therapies (medications, fluids, specialty infusions)

Monitor patients and respond to any reactions or concerns

Perform assessments (vitals, infusion sites, overall health)

Educate patients & families so they feel confident and supported

Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists & care teams

Keep clear, accurate documentation (EMR)

Ensure safety, infection control, and best practices at all times

What You Bring:

Active California RN license

2+ years nursing experience (infusion/home health a big plus!)

Strong IV and clinical skills

BLS required (ACLS preferred)

Confidence working independently

Great communication & patient-first mindset

Reliable transportation for home visits
