    We are hiring a Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator to support a high-performing revenue cycle team.

    This is a fully remote role focused on billing, claims resolution, and reimbursement within the home infusion space.

    If you’ve worked in home infusion billing and understand the complexity behind payor claims, this is a strong opportunity to step into a role where your experience directly impacts revenue outcomes.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Manage home infusion billing and reimbursement workflows
    • Handle accounts receivable and payor collections (not patient collections)
    • Resolve complex claims and denials
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
    • Work cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and turnaround
    • Maintain documentation and billing records in internal systems
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of home infusion billing experience
    • 2+ years in reimbursement / AR / payor collections
    • Experience with front-end billing + claims resolution
    • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance
    • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office

    What Makes You Stand Out

    • Experience with Brightree or similar systems
    • Background in complex infusion claims
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed billing/collection metrics
