    Position Overview

    We are seeking a licensed Home Inspector (will consider unlicensed and willing to learn/become licensed) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and motivated to grow their book of business while delivering exceptional inspections.

    You’ll perform residential inspections, educate clients, and play a key role in helping buyers and agents move confidently through the transaction.

    What You’ll Do

    Perform detailed residential inspections (homes, condos, apartments)

    Evaluate structure, systems, and components per industry standards

    Deliver clear, professional reports with photos and documentation

    Communicate findings in a client-friendly, educational way

    Build relationships with agents and clients

    Participate in marketing

    Maintain inspection records and uphold professional standards

    What We’re Looking For

    Active Home Inspector License (Preferred/Not Required)

    Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Outgoing, professional personality (this is a people-facing role)

    Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)

    Ability to work independently and within a team

    Strong time management and organization

    Physical Requirements

    Lift/carry up to 50 lbs

    Climb ladders and walk roofs

    Enter crawlspaces, attics, and tight areas

    Work outdoors in varying conditions

    Compensation & Pay Structure

    💰 W2 Commission-Based Model or Hourly Based on Experience/Preferences.

    Tools You’ll Need

    Inspectors are expected to provide basic tools including (but not limited to): moisture meter, testers, thermometer, flashlight, ladder, PPE, and standard inspection gear.

    Compensation Range

    $45,000 – $85,000+ annually (based on performance)
