About the Role:

CQI Home Inspections is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our growing team in Hollywood, MD. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough residential home inspections including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate inspection reports in a timely manner

Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders

Inspect roofing, foundation, HVAC, insulation, windows, and other key home components

Identify safety hazards, code concerns, and maintenance issues during inspections

Maintain and operate inspection tools and equipment properly

Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and best practices

Requirements:

Valid Maryland Home Inspector license

Experience in home inspection, construction, contracting, or a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of residential building systems and construction methods

InterNACHI or ASHI certification is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with inspection report software and mobile technology

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to inspection sites throughout the Southern Maryland area

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service orientation
