We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused, and Experienced Certified Home Inspector to perform residential home inspections. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field, with references and reviews to support their work quality. You will play a critical role in providing homebuyers and sellers with peace of mind, ensuring their largest investments are well-informed decisions. This position offers a 45-day hourly probationary period followed by a competitive commission split. You will be expected to perform 8-10 inspections per week, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality reports and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough residential home inspections following company standards and applicable guidelines. • Create detailed and professional inspection reports using industry-leading software (Spectora). • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients, addressing questions and providing guidance. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. • Adhere to professional and ethical standards as outlined by InterNACHI. • Utilize specialized tools and techniques as needed. • Maintain reliable transportation for traveling to inspection sites within the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Qualifications: • Certification: Active certification as a professional home inspector, ideally with InterNACHI or similar recognized bodies. • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing residential home inspections with demonstrable references and client reviews. • Proficient with home inspection tools and reporting software, experience with Spectora is a big plus! • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and agents. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
