Responsibilities: • Flag specific repairs that might be needed, so homeowners can improve the property before it is sold • Coordinate with the homeowner’s real estate agent to arrange for access to the property • Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made • Write a detailed report following each inspection that includes photos and specific descriptions of any damages observed • Go through residential homes or commercial properties top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing clear explanations when needed and informing them of any deficiencies in a non-alarming way as trained by Forerunner. • Draft a comprehensive report, with photographs, to help buyers and sellers understand exactly what the inspection revealed. • Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed. • Flag specific repairs that might be needed, so homeowners can improve the property before it is sold. Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills • Understands components of assessing needed repairs for an entire home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and more • Has no problem with heights or confined spaces; able to evaluate roofs, crawl spaces, and attics • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are a must • Must carry proof of Texas state license. Compensation: $67,500 per year
