Responsibilities: • Perform residential home inspections in accordance with Florida standards and company inspection procedures • Inspect and evaluate major home systems, including roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances • Complete inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner using the company's reporting software • Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally with clients on-site when needed • Perform additional inspection services such as Wind Mitigation, 4-Point Inspections, pool inspections, sewer scope inspections, and other ancillary services as trained • Maintain and care for inspection tools, equipment, and company property • Represent Full Circle Home Inspectors in a professional manner with clients, real estate agents, and homeowners at all times Qualifications: • Licensed Home Inspector in Florida (required) • InterNACHI Certification (preferred) • Excellent attention to detail and time management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset • Passionate about protecting clients and educating homeowners • Willing to travel locally as part of your territory • Unafraid of walking on roofs or climbing in attics and/or crawl spaces • Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
