Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential construction and systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients understand the condition of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough home inspections, evaluating structural components, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and more

Provide detailed, accurate, and easy-to-understand reports using inspection software

Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients and real estate agents

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices

Ensure compliance with local and state inspection regulations

Requirements:

State-licensed or certified Home Inspector (or ability to obtain license within a specified timeframe)

Prior home inspection experience preferred but not required

Familiarity with home inspection software and reporting tools

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to climb ladders, access roofs and crawlspaces, and work in various weather conditions
