Responsibilities: • Build lasting client relationships through consistent, proactive communication and a high standard of service. • Partner with the Dan Chin Homes administrative team to prepare, price, and market listings effectively across Dane & surrounding counties • Respond promptly to all listing-related inquiries, leads, and showing requests to maximize interest and momentum. • Collaborate with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts and guide each listing through to a successful closing. • Attract new clients by executing proven marketing strategies, leveraging team resources, and local market expertise. • Conduct detailed market analyses to recommend accurate and competitive listing prices based on local trends and comparable sales. • Utilize the team’s robust lead database to engage potential sellers and convert opportunities into listings. • Deliver compelling listing presentations that educate and inspire confidence in prospective sellers. • Facilitate all negotiations among buyers, sellers, and agents to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. • Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction process. • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture that drives success and shared growth.
