We are seeking a Home Listing Specialist to join our growing team in the real estate investment industry located in Augusta, GA. This person must be a sales closer with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking risks, independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This is a great fit for a salesperson who is hungry and coachable. WHAT WE OFFER • $26,000 per year base, $1,000 per closed transaction. • First year OTE $75,000 ± $15,000 depending on performance. • 2 weeks of PTO • 9 Paid Federal Holidays • Fun, energetic company culture with a heavy focus on transparency • Hours: M-F, 8:30-5:30 • Consistent leads and appointments are set for you every week • Team Support (marketing, finance, etc.). • Structured Environment (8:30-5:30) • Stable income with far less stress than a solo agent Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Speak and meet with homeowners to list their property • Setting up seller appointments along with drafting contracts, CMA’s, and contract closing! • Prospecting, calling 10-20 people per day from existing database (some cold, most warm) • Assessing current condition retail value and comparable market analysis • Build trust quickly in a short time; brand ambassador to promote the company. • Ability to solve problems and get results. Both Integrity and profit minded • Understanding and updating CRM as necessary • Goal of 5 listing appointments per week, 1 signed agreement per week Qualifications: • Transfer of license to Paul Myers Real Estate • 2-5 years of sales experience required • You are not a fit if you’re a brand-new agent, need training, or are a part-time agent • You may be a fit if you’re working full-time, a people-person, listing 8-15 houses per year currently, working alone but want to be on a team, want a more stable income, and an organizational structure to plug into • This is a great fit for an agent who is hungry and moldable • Track record of success in sales • Team player, Self-starter, Approachable • Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker, Excellent follow-up skills • Ability to set and close deals • Relationship-building skills • Must be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment • Forward-thinking spirit • Committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company • Clean background check and driver's license required Compensation: $26,000 base + per closed transaction
