Responsibilities: • Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees • Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members • Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors • Adhere to state, regional, and federal guidelines, and ensure all loans meet company policies and procedures • Build a well-rounded team by hiring, training, and recruiting a strong group of branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, loan officer assistants, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals Qualifications: • Strong industry knowledge and advanced computer skills • NMLS or state licensing preferred or will acquire immediately upon hire • Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills • Must be able to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations • 4-year degree in banking, finance, economics, or business administration preferred - equivalent experience accepted • Minimum production of 2 million monthly Compensation: $200,000+ commission-based
