Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with Realtors to generate leads and help grow their business • Pre-approve applicants for residential real estate loans • Have a solid understanding of how to structure a loan • Good understanding of Conforming. FHA, VA and Non-QM guidelines Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer • Proven track record of working with Realtors • Current loan production evidence • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and mortgage trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $200,000 +
