Responsibilities: • Consult with clients, discover their property desires & find properties to show them that meet their needs • Present offers to sellers for consideration and closing • Respond to all leads by following up in a timely manner • Learn the industry and be the expert or trusted advisor Qualifications: • Acquire a TN Real Estate license • Strong money motivation • Works well independently and is also a great team player • Provide excellent customer service Compensation: $85,000+ commission only
