    More Than a Driving Job!

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on, and service-oriented Home Medical Equipment Technician and Driver to take ownership of equipment, deliveries, and inventory supporting patients throughout Florida's Space Coast.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with their hands, solving problems, staying organized, and helping others. You'll play an important role in ensuring medical equipment is safely delivered, properly set up, maintained, tracked, and ready when patients need it.—while providing the professional, courteous, and responsive service patients and families deserve.

For someone who demonstrates initiative, accountability, and leadership potential, this position also offers an opportunity to grow and take on greater responsibility as our operations expand.

    What You'll Do

Safely deliver and retrieve dialysis machines, medical equipment, and supplies to and from patient homes

Load, unload, secure, transport, set up, and take down equipment using a company-provided vehicle

Learn the proper setup, breakdown, handling, and operation of the dialysis equipment used in the role

Clean, inspect, and perform authorized basic equipment maintenance and readiness checks

Identify equipment issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate service or repairs when needed

Take ownership of equipment and supply inventory for the Space Coast market, including receiving, organizing, tracking, reconciling, and monitoring inventory levels

Maintain accurate records of equipment assignments, deliveries, pickups, returns, service needs, and inventory movement

Keep the company vehicle, equipment, and storage facility clean, organized, safe, and ready for use

Maintain the overall cleanliness and professional condition of the storage facility, including equipment/storage areas, common areas, and restroom

Provide professional, courteous, and responsive service when interacting with patients and their families

Independently manage daily routes, priorities, equipment needs, and assigned responsibilities

Travel throughout the Space Coast and occasionally support other Florida markets as business needs require

Assist with other equipment, inventory, logistics, and operational needs as assigned

    What We're Looking For

    High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of professional driving, delivery, courier, field service, logistics, or similar experience involving regular vehicle operation

Minimum 1 year of professional hands-on experience assembling, installing, setting up, maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, or disassembling equipment, machinery, appliances, or similar mechanical/electrical systems; prior medical or dialysis equipment experience is NOT required

Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable under the organization's automobile insurance requirements

Strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately manage equipment, supplies, or inventory

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills

Patient-centered and service-oriented, with a genuine desire to help others

Dependable, trustworthy, proactive, and comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day supervision

Solutions-oriented, with the initiative and judgment to address issues and follow through

Comfortable using technology for routing, inventory tracking, and documentation

Ability to regularly lift, carry, load, unload, push, pull, and safely maneuver equipment weighing approximately 50–75 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on operational needs

Ability to occasionally travel to other Florida markets

    Why This Role?

If you enjoy being on the road, working with your hands, and helping people, this role offers more than a typical driving or delivery position. You'll combine driving, equipment handling, inventory, and basic technical work while directly supporting patients who depend on having the right equipment available in their homes.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service—someone who is dependable, professional, compassionate, and naturally looks for ways to help. If you're hands-on, solutions-oriented, communicate well, and are the kind of person who goes the extra mile when someone needs assistance, we'd like to hear from you.

If you're dependable, hands-on, organized, and ready to learn, apply today—we'd love to hear from you!
