Responsibilities: • Consistently beating your sales quota • Problem-solving a wide variety of technical and logistical questions efficiently. • Foreseeing potential breakage points (and solutions) for pro-active customer care. • Utilizing your wicked-awesome persuasion and marketing skills in everyday communication. • Managing many projects at once with speed, efficiency, and poise. • "Thinking on your feet," are well-organized and results-driven. Qualifications: • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Excellence and world-class quality work is the only acceptable standard. • Positive, friendly, and good-humored personality. • Mature, wise, poised, and polished professional with a savvy grasp of written and verbal communications to serve and educate clients via email, phone, and social media. • Fast, efficient, and proficient work as part of a high performing team. • Proficient skills in Excel and/or Google Docs. • Experience using a CRM • Bilingual in Spanish highly recommended but not requiredThis is NOT a 9-5 job!Please apply for this position if you are awesome, proven by a track record of results and relationships. This is a highly coveted position and we will only settle for an A+ player.You do not need a real estate license for this position, however, it is a bonus if you do have it. Appointments can be any day of the week- during regular business hours, after 5 pm, or even on weekends. Compensation: $80,000
