    Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities: Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Excellence and world-class quality work is the only acceptable standard. • Positive, friendly, and good-humored personality. • Mature, wise, poised, and polished professional with a savvy grasp of written and verbal communications to serve and educate clients via email, phone, and social media. • Fast, efficient, and proficient work as part of a high performing team. • Proficient skills in Excel and/or Google Docs. • Experience using a CRM • Bilingual in Spanish highly recommended but not requiredThis is NOT a 9-5 job!Please apply for this position if you are awesome, proven by a track record of results and relationships.
