    Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years’ experience serving the Florida market. We have over 200 dedicated professionals whose only mission is to provide superior products and best-in-class customer service for each one of our homeowners. We accomplish this mission by having a superior product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield™ manufactured by Custom Windows Systems, A Pella Company and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida – no 3rd party agents or foreign/out-of-state call centers.

    All of our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

     

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative EVENTS MARKETING professional to join our team.  You will have the sole responsibility of managing and executing all tradeshow/marketing events for HPA.  Your team will be responsible creating and foster relationships as they inform/make appointments with consumers to learn about our product offerings. This is a highly visible position, and you will work closely with our VP of Marketing. The Events manager must be able to attend and oversee events that occur during nights and weekends.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO:

     

    • Research, negotiate and schedule all tradeshows and events based upon budget, corporate and product management goals, and previous ROI on successful past events.
    • Build relationships with local and regional event promoters, vendors and facility representatives
    • Complete necessary documentation including contracts, deposits, and correspondence, and make sure contractual deadlines are met
    • Research and identify strategic goals for tradeshows and lead the related planning activities.
    • Train and staff all events to ensure the highest number of appointments set.
    • Conduct live day support
    • Supervise event staff team members in the conduct of their duties during event execution (in person and remotely)
    • Coordinate all staff, materials including booths, marketing collateral, uniforms, etc. for all events.
    • Set-up/take down event booth/marketing collateral when needed
    • Maintain stock of event supplies.
    • Using surveys and lead analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of each trade show and recommend any needed improvements to management.

     

     

    WHAT WE REQUIRE:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years related experience; or 4 to 6 years related experience in tradeshow/ event management.
    • Success in building marketing mix of promotional activities with aligned/forecasted performance metrics to meet target goals
    • Excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to details.  Must be goal oriented and have excellent project management capabilities.
    • Must be able to work unconventional hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays on a regular basis. Days off are typically during the week.
    • Attend networking events to create HPA brand awareness within the community
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
