B2C MARKETING LEAD & DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER
The B2C MARKETING LEAD & DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER will be responsible for overseeing the marketing department for branding and lead & demand generation. The Marketing Manager will manage a graphic designer, copywriter and events coordinator. She/He will be responsible for creating print advertisements, social media, digital marketing campaigns, events & homeshows that target and attract potential consumers (Lead & Demand Generation). Content will be placed on multiple magazines, social channels and digital networks. Ideal candidates will thrive on researching the latest trends, creating campaigns that bring in qualified leads/buyers by: monitoring organic and paid media campaign performance, assisting in creating marketing materials (print, digital, video, training manuals and presentations, etc.) and maintaining our brand voice across multiple platforms.
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing & lead generation operations under the guidance of the VP, Marketing. Your central goal is to help grow our brand awareness and increasing qualified lead generation.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is someone with 5 years (+) experience in marketing, SEO/SEM, lead generation, customer journeys (email, etc) creative direction, print and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
B2C MARKETING LEAD & DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work with and evaluate our current Digital Vendors. Determine the efficiency of current vendors, and make recommendations for better lead generation and ROI.
GOALS: TO IMPROVE OVERALL BRAND MESSAGING ON ALL PLATFORMS THAT WILL INCREASE LEAD GENERATION AND REVENUE. ADDITIONALLY, TO MOVE FROM OUTSOURCED/VENDOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO IN-HOUSE WHEN APPLICABLE. WHEN NOT ADVISABLE TO MANAGE THE VENDOR PROCESS, SUPPLEMENT THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEAD GENERATION ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field or 5+ years' experience working with multi-channel media campaigns with an emphasis in digital preferred.
· MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE TO EXPERT LEVEL IN ADOBE: PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, PREMIER PRO, AFTER EFFECTS, CREATING LANDING PAGES
