    B2C MARKETING LEAD & DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER

    The B2C MARKETING LEAD & DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER will be responsible for overseeing the marketing department for branding and lead & demand generation. The Marketing Manager will manage a graphic designer, copywriter and events coordinator. She/He will be responsible for creating print advertisements, social media, digital marketing campaigns, events & homeshows that target and attract potential consumers (Lead & Demand Generation). Content will be placed on multiple magazines, social channels and digital networks. Ideal candidates will thrive on researching the latest trends, creating campaigns that bring in qualified leads/buyers by: monitoring organic and paid media campaign performance, assisting in creating marketing materials (print, digital, video, training manuals and presentations, etc.) and maintaining our brand voice across multiple platforms.

    In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing & lead generation operations under the guidance of the VP, Marketing. Your central goal is to help grow our brand awareness and increasing qualified lead generation.

    Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is someone with 5 years (+) experience in marketing, SEO/SEM, lead generation, customer journeys (email, etc) creative direction, print and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

    B2C MARKETING LEAD & DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    · Work with and evaluate our current Digital Vendors. Determine the efficiency of current vendors, and make recommendations for better lead generation and ROI.

    • Manage all marketing channels
    • Expertly manage all, paid digital, print, other lead generation budgets and plans to ensure all marketing goals are met and exceeded. Develop and monitor campaign budgets and ROI. Understanding and monitoring KPI’s
    • Plan, create, and manage execution of social/digital strategies across social and digital media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, recruiting sites.
    • Creates and develops ad / lead gen campaigns
    • Ensure messaging is consistent on all platforms regardless of vendor
    • Ensure creative design/copy aligned with best practices
    • Design and oversee all aspects of our marketing campaigns including our marketing database, email blasts, landing pages, and Organic/SEM/SEO/PPC campaigns.
    • Drive website traffic from target audiences for lead generation
    • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. Measure the performance of marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
    • Assist in creation of contests, promotional items, career site design and marketing materials
    • Improve/create recruiting / training images/ SOW, videos, landing pages, etc to reflect company culture to prospective employees [Recruiting & retainage materials]
    • Creates job posting videos/images and advertisements to be shared on multiple platforms

     

    GOALS: TO IMPROVE OVERALL BRAND MESSAGING ON ALL PLATFORMS THAT WILL INCREASE LEAD GENERATION AND REVENUE. ADDITIONALLY, TO MOVE FROM OUTSOURCED/VENDOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO IN-HOUSE WHEN APPLICABLE. WHEN NOT ADVISABLE TO MANAGE THE VENDOR PROCESS, SUPPLEMENT THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEAD GENERATION ROI.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field or 5+ years' experience working with multi-channel media campaigns with an emphasis in digital preferred.

    · MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE TO EXPERT LEVEL IN ADOBE: PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, PREMIER PRO, AFTER EFFECTS, CREATING LANDING PAGES

    • Marketing automation: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Google AdWords: Certification & 5 years (Preferred)
    • Digital marketing: Certification & 5 years (Preferred)
    • Experience working in Salesforce or Improveit360
    • Experience in the B2C lead generation for the home remodeling company
    • Experience generating a minimum of 100+ B2C qualified leads/appointments per week
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, SEO/SEM, Ability to read and translate social and digital media metric tools, including Facebook and Instagram Insights, Google Analytics for Web, YouTube, Email and Social Integration, Google My Business Metrics, Twitter Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, etc – Certification Preferred
    • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
