Responsibilities: • Produce a written proposal for homeowners, including a bid for the project costs • Discuss project costs with the client and help the project manager plan out the day-to-day building project process • Purchase any needed project equipment and supplies and promptly reorder items when the stock gets depleted • Incorporate client feedback during the building process and help the construction crew and subcontractors execute change orders • Maintain a daily logbook to document all occurrences throughout the construction process for the project manager and homeowners Qualifications: • OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • General contractor's license required • Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills • Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office • Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
