Responsibilities:

Perform residential remodeling work including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and living spaces

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely completion

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Identify and resolve construction issues or deficiencies during the remodel process

Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients throughout the project

Ensure all work meets local building codes and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential remodeling, renovation, or general construction

Proficiency in carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, or related trades

Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
