Job Summary
As a Sales and Client Experience Representative at Ideal Siding Boston, you will convert qualified leads into satisfied homeowners. Your focus will be on consultative, relationship-based selling — understanding client needs, presenting tailored siding solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
You’ll manage the entire sales process, including lead follow-up, in-home consultations, detailed quoting, and contract closing. This role requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional who combines strong communication skills with the discipline to meet and exceed sales goals. You’ll work closely with project managers and the installation teams to ensure every client receives the high-quality service and workmanship that define Ideal Siding.
With consistent success, leadership, and operational excellence, this position offers a pathway for career advancement into a General Manager role overseeing broader business operations and contributing to the strategic development of Ideal Siding Boston.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions
Qualifications
Sales Experience: At least 5 years' experience in consultative sales, including at least 3 years in construction, home renovation, or other home services.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and EQ to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Excel and other software to track leads, generate quotes and reports, and manage client interactions.
Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling client concerns and questions in a professional way while delivering quick, practical solutions.
Integrity: Honest, accountable and collaborative professional
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Nice to have: active Construction Supervisor License (CSL) or interest in obtaining a CSL
