Requirements:

At least 10 or more years’ experience in residential/commercial maintenance or a related field.

Ability to generate accurate project estimates

Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.

A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.

A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.

Must have your own tools.

A valid driver's license and good driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Looking for and experienced Handyman with well rounded experience in the following:

Conduct interior and exterior maintenance (e.g., patch drywall, paint touch-ups, replace door hardware, caulk windows).

Clean and maintain gutters, downspouts, and exterior drainage systems.

Repair or replace window and door screens, weatherstripping, and minor carpentry items.

Assemble furniture, install shelving, mount TVs, and perform other miscellaneous household installations.

Diagnose issues, provide accurate estimates, and complete jobs efficiently while minimizing disruption to the homeowner.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper disposal of debris.

Perform minor plumbing repairs and installations.

Handle basic electrical tasks (e.g., install or replace ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, and switches).

Communicate clearly with clients about job progress, recommendations, and any additional needs.
