The ideal candidate must enjoy creating rapport with customers, building trustworthy relationships, and providing excellent service. Responsibilities: • Staff new home community 5 days a week to ensure convenient touring times for potential buyers • Effectively lead communications between potential buyers and sellers assuring the process is smooth and completed in a timely manner • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent • Consult to identify client needs and show homes. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements for clients • Build your network and constantly do more marketing • Write offers and negotiate contracts to the close of transactions • Attend team meetings and trainings Qualifications: • Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 yearly
