    We are seeking a competitive, high-energy, and goal-driven new home sales agent who enjoys working in a consultative environment. As a new home sales professional, you will provide a great home-buying experience by determining buyers’ needs, helping them find their dream home, and walking them through the home-building process, including floor plan and amenity options. The ideal candidate must enjoy creating rapport with customers, building trustworthy relationships, and providing excellent service. Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with home features and community amenities to aid in their decision making process • Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills to determine potential buyers and meet monthly sales goals • Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process • Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career • Consult to identify client needs and show homes. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements for clients • Build your network and constantly do more marketing • Write offers and negotiate contracts to the close of transactions • Attend team meetings and trainings Qualifications: • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships • Past sales experience is preferred • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 yearly
