Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Sales Consultant to join our team. The Home Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our manufactured homes to prospective buyers. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to help customers find their dream home.

Responsibilities:

· Engage with prospective buyers to understand their housing needs, preferences, and budget requirements.

· Showcase our range of manufactured homes and guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.

· Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

· Conduct home tours and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and customization options available.

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance goals.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory availability.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Oasis Manufactured Homes in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or housing industry.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of manufactured homes and familiarity with construction and housing terminology is a plus.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Skilled in effective utilization of social media and networking strategies to drive sales and generate leads.
