We're looking for a leader

TruBlue Serving Winter Garden & The Villages is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and reliable leader to join our team as a Local Operations Leader. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of TruBlue Serving Winter Garden & The Villages by overseeing home service sales and delivery operations in the Winter Garden and Villages area. As a key contributor, they will assist in onboarding future TruPro Technicians, sales & estimating representatives, office administration, and marketing, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationship management, schedule optimization, and team engagement.

Generous compensation

Total target incentive package: $80,000 plus benefits

$55,000 base salary

$3,000 quarterly bonus based on achievement metrics

5% commission on Revenue delivered on budget in excess of the base target

$1,000 signing bonus after successful completion of 90 day (500 hour) probationary period

Daily responsibilities

Become a trusted advisor to customers, addressing concerns, delivering timely firm fixed price quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Lead an efficient and high-quality team, meeting or exceeding TruBlue standards and metrics

Oversee home service operations, including job quoting, service delivery performance, and profitability

Assist in recruiting and managing future sales & estimating, TruPro technicians, marketing, and office administration staff
