Benefits and Pay
The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on your experience, the quality of your work, and your efficiency as a cleaning professional.

If you’re a Team Leader (and drive our company vehicle):
Manage your team’s schedule and drive safely – team leaders are responsible for themselves and their teammate.
Maintain equipment – team leaders are responsible for basic upkeep of cleaning equipment and making sure the vehicle is stocked with all necessary supplies.

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position:
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Must pass a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work with arms overhead, and perform cleaning tasks
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bilingual preferred, but must be able to communicate with customers
