Job Summary

We are seeking a Home Service Professional to join our team! As a Home Service Professional, you will provide high-quality residential cleaning services that help families enjoy cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable homes. As part of a two-person cleaning team, you will travel to customers' homes using a company vehicle and perform cleaning services according to Molly Maid's proven standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new techniques and methods for cleaning.

Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning services according to Molly Maid standards

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize homes, clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience

Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal

Maintain all equipment used, restock cleaning supplies, and overall foster a clean, safe work environment at all times

Qualifications

Must pass a background check

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

The ability to work well within a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
