    TruBlue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for a Home Services Project Estimator / Delivery Lead.

    Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Estimator & Sales leader to prepare accurate estimates for handyman & general contracting projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics while building relationships with clients, the community and partners. Your will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions. You must be thorough in managing relationships with key persons.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Estimates – Building subject matter expertise in pricing and leveraging software to deliver accurate estimates for labor and materials for profitability.

    Sales – Sell subscription services maintenance plans, and other home services as identified.

    Customer Experience – Liaison directly with customers as needed throughout project duration, anchored in our core values of reliability, trust, and empathy providing a great experience.

    Problem Solve – Provide project coordination and issue resolution for projects and support technicians as needed, including performing home services work as applicable.

    Train – Support training as needed for other team members as needed related to software and project estimates.

    Other Responsibilities

    Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues

    Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.

    Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting

    Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors

    Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions etc.)

    Build relationships with, clients, technicians, key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)

    Provide consultation on planning (schedules, needs, etc.)

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Proven experience as construction/trades estimator or similar position

    Familiarity with financial and project management principles

    In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas

    Proficient in relevant estimating software

    Outstanding communication, sales and negotiation abilities

    Thoroughness and reliability

    Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
