Responsibilities: • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling • Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers • Following up with leads consistently (this is key!) • Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training • Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily Qualifications: • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Experience using a CRM is preferred • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
