Responsibilities: • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling • Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers • Following up with leads consistently (this is key!) • Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training • Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily Qualifications: • Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
