    Job Title: Home Services Sales and Operations Manager Location: Austin, TX Compensation: Starting at $120,000 + Performance Incentives

    About the Role We are seeking a high performing leader to oversee the growth and operational excellence of a premier Home Services retail division in North Austin. This is not a "maintain the status quo" position. We need a sales oriented individual who understands how Topline Revenue drives P&L profitability. You will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians and sales professionals with a clear goal of scaling the business from $3M to over $5M in annual revenue.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full P&L ownership for the Home Services segment, including budget management and EBITDA targets.

    Lead and train a team of technicians and sales staff to improve in home presentation and closing rates.

    Leverage an existing database of organic customers while driving new growth through market leads and advertising.

    Monitor KPIs including technician productivity, average ticket size, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

    Ensure 5 star customer service and maintain a stellar online reputation through high level escalation resolution.

    Requirements

    5 to 10+ years of leadership experience in Home Services or a related residential industry.

    Proven track record of managing a multi million dollar budget and scaling revenue.

    Advanced proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar Field Service Management software.

    Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret P&L statements and balance sheets.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent "Street MBA" experience rising through the ranks.
