Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Home Sleep Delivered, a provider of at home sleep testing and Sleep Apnea treatment, has recently launched a direct to consumer, cash pay ecommerce website, LifeRested.com. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager that is well versed in both digital and traditional marketing and advertising. Playing a very important role, the Marketing Manager will assist in translating business goals into marketing strategies and objectives that facilitate overall business growth, including creating and implementing innovative and effective marketing and advertising programs to drive traffic and increase sales.

In conjunction with the Ecommerce Director and our outside marketing agency, the Marketing Manager will:

Assist with short and long term strategy development to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and overall customer engagement.

Manage development of different potential customer personas based on industry research, site traffic, campaign performance, and competitor analysis.

Define customer journey based on persona.

Contribute to development of marketing campaigns by persona and channel.

Execute general website content updates utilizing the Magento CMS.

Manage and execute additional product offerings on website based on industry awareness and on-site search behavior.

Coordinate overall content calendar development including website updates, social media, campaign launches, and general content updates based on page performance.

Monitor and manage all SEO efforts and performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancements including back links, on site linking, URL structure, meta data, etc.

Manage all paid search efforts including Google Search, Google Shopping, retargeting, display ads, and paid social media efforts.

Identify additional paid marketing channels and properties such as YouTube, native ads, etc.

Manage all email marketing efforts including lead nurturing, post purchase nurturing, automated workflow generated drip campaigns, and general marketing email development. Will also identify additional marketing opportunities utilizing email.

Additional responsibilities include:

Assisting in developing customer experience and brand perception surveys including developing methodology, survey execution and post survey analysis.

Workflow development within Hubspot, our marketing automation tool

Assisting in managing traditional advertising including print, radio, and television including identifying appropriate market opportunities, campaign development, media buys, placement, and production.

Identifying opportunities for improvement to website functionality and customer experience based on competitor analysis, customer feedback and analytics.

Overall brand development based on customer perception and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of paid digital media platforms

In depth knowledge of analytics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics or Survey Gizmo

Experience working with Magento or similar website platform

Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation tool, including workflow development

In depth knowledge of paid media tools including AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

Knowledge of persona and customer journey development

Must be a quick learner, willing to immerse themselves in all things “sleep” related

Must be able to self-manage in a fast-paced environment

Strong copywriting skills are a plus

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Ability to travel to Lafayette, LA as needed if located in the Dallas area
