The Home Solutions Specialist is responsible for engaging with residential customers through face-to-face interactions to identify their needs and recommend solutions that enhance their home experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build trust while representing the company professionally in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport with homeowners and residents through professional and friendly interactions. Assess customer needs and present tailored solutions. Educate customers on available services and benefits. Generate leads and close sales to achieve individual and team performance goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and development programs. Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required. Previous sales, customer service, or direct marketing experience is preferred but not required.
