• Caring for children who are ages 18mos-6 years old
• Assist Teacher to create a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children
• Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
• Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
• Track children’s progress and report to parents on BrightWheel App
• Communicate with parents regularly on BrightWheel App (Texting with parents, plus posting videos & photos of daily activities).
• Applicant should have a firm interest in developmentally appropriate practices
• Applicant should have some core units of Early Childhood Education

Home Sweet Home Preschool and Toddler Discovery Center provides the highest quality early childhood education for children ages 18 months to five years. Our curriculum is play-based and focuses on the development of the whole child. Our campus has three buildings and we provide care for 66 children and we have 20 staff members.
