Our team is currently hiring an enthusiastic, meticulous, and entrepreneurial Customer Relations Data Entry Specialist, who will help us meet and exceed our customers' needs. We are seeking someone with an undivided focus on the customer, who is able to offer support every step of the way, from being a helpful voice on the phone to taking and entering orders to helping resolve customer service issues with ease.

Home Treasures operates with a start-up mentality, so we are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution seeker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thorough knowledge of Home Treasures' product line (Will receive proper training on product and terminology).
• Ability to clearly articulate Home Treasures' custom capabilities.
• Confidently answer any questions that may arise through phone and e-mail interactions.
• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry, including customization requests.
• Process customer orders placed via email or fax.
• Check and communicate the availability of stock and ship dates.
• Process customer swatch requests in a timely manner and ensure customer's hanging samples are up to date.
• Responsible for assisting with organizing the product catalog: seasonal updates, distribution, and printing.
• Responsible for miscellaneous tasks and projects in addition to the above-listed responsibilities. We are a small office and each role plays an integral part to the Home Treasures family. A team player mentality is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• At least 2 years in a customer service environment with date entry responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail is an absolute requirement.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills, with ability to balance competing priorities.
• Quick learner with desire to proactively seek solutions to problems.
• Strong work ethic is required.
