    Executive Home care of Fairfax are seeking an experienced Home Care Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operational tasks for a growing private-duty, non-skilled home care agency.

    The ideal candidate has prior experience working at a home care agency and is comfortable working independently while managing scheduling, caregiver coordination, Hiring support and client communication.

    Qualifications:

    High School diploma or GED and 1-year related experience in scheduling, hiring, office admin etc

    Health care/Nursing preferred

    Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are necessary.

    Must possess above-average human relations, customer service, and organizational skills.

    Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skill

    Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously.

    Can wear multiple hats based on what's required

    Responsibilities:

    Scheduling & Staffing: Manage caregiver schedules and shift coverage, Handle call-outs and last-minute changes, Maintain accurate scheduling records

    Hiring & HR Support: Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding, Conduct phone screenings, Track compliance documents and certifications

    Client Intake & Coordination: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, Schedule and support intake assessments, Maintain client files and documentation

    Administrative Support: Assist with office organization and coordination, Support leadership with operational tasks, Help improve systems and processes as we grow
