About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and record clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.

Administer medications as directed and assist with mobility and exercises.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure client needs are met.

Document services provided and maintain accurate records.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide is preferred.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and health care practices.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
