About the Role:

Join Brightstar Care of Lakeland and Winterhaven as a Home Health Branch Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional in-home care services. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to help us make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the home health branch to ensure high-quality patient care.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations.

Monitor financial performance and budget management to achieve branch profitability.

Foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure satisfaction.

Conduct regular assessments of client care plans and adjust as necessary.

Lead marketing initiatives to promote services and grow the client base.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards within the branch.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or related industry.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and home health policies.

Current RN license in Florida is a plus, but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
