| Is responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services. | POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES | 1. Analyzes the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets. | 2. Visits Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain client referrals. | 3. Analyzes the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses. | 4. Analyzes past and current marketing data. | 5. Completes an analysis of the company's "product" line. | 6. Analyzes client/company relationships. | 7. Develops sales/marketing objectives and sales projections. | 8. Develops a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable. | 9. Implements marketing plan staying within established timetable. | 10. Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plan on an established basis. | JOB CONDITIONS | 1. Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines. | 2. It is primarily a desk job which essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication. | 3. It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts. | 4. Must ability to read 12 point and larger type, communicate clearly and be able to hear adequately on the telephone with no more than an amplifier. | | EQUIPMENT OPERATION | Must be able to use a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other office equipment. | COMPANY INFORMATION | Has access to client medical and financial records, which may be discussed with management staff | QUALIFICATIONS | 1. At least 1 year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals. | 2. Must be organized and detail oriented. | 3. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, orally in English. | 4. Must be able to interact with health professional at all levels. | 5. Must have criminal background check.
