We are looking for an Office Administrator to act as the front desk receptionist and maintain all office facilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and forward the call or message to the proper party
• Receive and log all incoming courier packages
• Oversee the maintenance of the office facilities
• Manage the office front door
• Oversee the company conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings
• Maintain general office files and supplies
• Uphold our Core Values while working every day to execute our Mission Statement
