You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment • Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service • Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed Qualifications: • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $12 hourly
