    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Qualifications: Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • If you do not have over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist you must be a proactive problem solver with the willingness to learn. Compensation: $120,000
