    Build and maintain meaningful relationships with senior executives, purchasing managers, sales counselors, builders, and other key decision makers including field level personnel in order to create strong barriers to competition

    Key Responsibilities:

    Monthly visits to assigned builders models and corporate offices with a focus on level 1 technical support, education of community sales managers and executives, and opportunities to increase revenue for spec homes, builder standards, and showroom appointments

    Handle all builder escalations and communicate resolutions back to internal stakeholders

    Supervise all corporate training meetings for sales, construction, and design center staff

    Drive HomePro branding through managing Model Home and corporate marketing materials

    Acquire monthly lot status and closing reports and communicate the information to internal stakeholders

    Communicate model home forecast monthly to Model Home Coordinators, System Designer, and Accounting

    Oversee and create standard location diagram program for all assigned builders

    Update builder construction forecast and contact list for assigned accounts quarterly

    Maintain the central communication tool (s drive) and ensure all information is up-to-date, accurate and easy to understand for all internal stakeholders

    Recommend and document all program and process improvements to internal stakeholders to improve the builders experience

    Validate billings systems and work to keep AR below company acceptable level

    Serve as primary point of contact for VIPs purchasing/receiving product from HomePro

    Maintain and establish electrical relationships

    Work with team members to manage package SKUs

    Move all accounts to premier status (high voltage, post sheetrock options, showroom, and spec packages)

    Maintain and work with marketing department to create marketing materials for builders

    Implement/manage HomePro yard sign program for assigned builder

    Meet with Superintendents/Area Construction Managers regularly to evaluate HomePros performance

    Education/Requirements:

    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers with a focus on customer service

    Extensive experience in sales, customer service, and technical knowledge related to the low voltage industry

    Ability to manage multiple daily tasks

    Ability to work independently, under pressure and offer strong collaboration within team settings

    Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills

    Ability to balance the needs of the customer while maintaining company objectives

    Must be able to pass background check and travel across markets to visit model homes
