Real Estate Listing Sales Agent needed to join our growing agency. The Listing Agent will be responsible for gaining listings through leads, advertising, referrals and repeat business. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Professionalism is a must. As our Listing Agent you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. You’ll be supported every step of the way with continuing education and training, a dedicated administrative and marketing staff and a team who always have each other’s backs. Responsibilities: Respond to all listing leads and potential buyers in a timely fashion in order to build client base Constantly network to source new clients and grow the business Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing • Be a great team player • Have a willingness to work hard and pursue goals Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Enjoys talking on the phone and can convert lead inquiries into appointments Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Current Real Estate License, or willingness to pursue real estate license Compensation: $80,000+ all Commission
