Responsibilities: Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $105,000+
