Responsibilities: Hold open houses regularly to effectively introduce clients to the market Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude Customer service or real estate sales background preferred Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals This position requires some evening and weekend work Exceptional listening and questioning skills and able to unveil client wants and needs Compensation: $75,000
