    We are growing our customer service-oriented Transaction Coordinator team! You will be interacting with real estate agents every step of the transaction process, including reviewing and updating documents to transaction files, inputting all necessary information into the client’s database and transaction management systems. $17 hourly + performance bonuses & paid holidays Responsibilities: A day in life... what you'll do! • Promotes Partners and Affiliates to encourage agents and clients to utilize our one-stop-shop process. • Represents the HomeSmart brand through excellent customer service. • Accurately completes file audits. • Submits all necessary documentation to the broker for file compliance. • Inputs all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems. • Oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreements to closing. • Coordinates inspections. • Regularly updates and maintains communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc. • Submits all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. • Inputs all client information into a client database system. • Audits files and keeps Agents informed on the process throughout. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Who you are! • CA Real Estate license preferred, but not required • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment required (Teams, Excel, various internet browsers, etc.) • Exceptional customer service and administrative skills • Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and assertiveness • 2+ years clerical or admin background a plus • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry a plus Compensation: $17 hourly +
