Responsibilities: • Maintain office supplies and equipment • Make service calls as needed • Sort and distribute incoming mail • Answer and field incoming calls, questions, and emails • Assist clients with technology questions and issues • Contribute to our Agent Services Team with onboarding and severing agents • Effectively maintain a positive rapport with our staff, agents, and outside vendors • Collaborate with our Agent Services Team in creating marketing flyers, the internal email and text correspondences, Facebook posts, and other tasks as assigned by the manager • Assist with training agents on our systems and office procedures • Maintain effective time management and organizational skills • Other tasks and projects as assigned by the manager Qualifications: Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Must be organized, proficient and on-time • Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision • Communicate clearly both written and verbally • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc. Compensation: $15 - $17
