Responsibilities: Some of the daily tasks that you will be responsible for will include: • Calling, texting & emailing leads as they come in from our advertising campaigns on social media • Adding all incoming leads to our CRM system for effective follow-up • Building a rapport and relationship with recruits while communicating our company values • Marketing through our tools to help build brand awareness Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Great at time management and organization • Experience working with a CRM • Some experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar fields is helpful, but not required Compensation: $42,000 yearly + Bonus
